Thank you for checking out my voxel Town Tycoon Pack! All these voxel models are made in MagicaVoxel. If you like making city building/tycoon type of games this is right for you! Find all the necessary models to make your own city building game!

What this pack contains:

- 5 shop houses

- 7 houses (regular houses + industrial buildings)

- road tiles

- dirt path tiles

- park tiles (grass + deco tiles)

- trees

- all models come in the following files:

* .obj

* .vox

* .mtl

* .png

License:

- you can use the models in private or commercial projects

- you may modify them to your needs

YOU CANNOT:

* take the zip file and resell the models

* use the artwork on any printed media such as clothing/stickers etc.

Credit is greatly appreciated but not a must.
